Deceased Name: Sarah R. Kaner

Services for Sarah R. Kaner, 88, an East San Diego resident, will be at 11:30 a.m. tomorrow in Cypress View-Bonham Brothers Mortuary. Entombment will be in Cypress View Mausoleum. She died Thursday in a nursing home.

Mrs. Kaner was born in Lithuania, became a U.S. citizen and lived in San Diego 32 years. She had been a Point Loma homemaker and a member of Congregation Beth Israel, B'nai B'rith, the National Council of Jewish Women and Hadassah and had been active in the Jewish Community Center.

Survivors include a daughter, Bunny K. Winslow of San Diego; a son, Larry of Bellevue, Wash., four sisters, including Gertrude Kessler of San Diego; a brother; seven grandchildren; and two

great-grandchildren. The family suggested contributions to the building fund of the San Diego Hebrew Home.L
